\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tGV Development, the general developer of Tarboul City in Giza, signs a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Egis Company for engineering consultancy and project management, Invest-Gate reports.\r\n\r\nTh cooperation creates a new partnership between both companies in many real estate projects owned by GV Development in the fields of real estate development, hospitality, and real estate asset management. Egis ranks first in France and sixth in the Middle East, according to ENR \u2013 Engineering New Records.\r\n\r\nSherif Hamouda, chairman of GV, expresses his pleasure to cooperate with Egis, which has extensive experience in engineering consultancy services and project management in all engineering sectors. Hamouda clarifies that assigning Egis for Tarboul project reflects the project\u2019s advantages, as the first sustainable smart industrial city in Egypt.\r\n\r\nFor his part, Sameh Atallah, CEO of Egis Egypt, states, \u201cThis partnership is the beginning of successful cooperation that positively affects the Egyptian economy.\u201d Additionally, signing the deal comes in line with the vision of the two companies to find solutions for a green and sustainable future worldwide.\r\n\r\nIt is worth mentioning that Egis is an international company in consulting, construction engineering, and transportation services.
